Return and Refund Policy for Kebi Market
At Kebi Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to make things right.
1. ReturnsWe gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
3. ExchangesIf you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info.dktradingllc@gmail.com to ensure the availability of the desired item. We will provide instructions on returning the original item.
